Dolce specializes in croissant however, the menu is growing. It opened offering croissant, cookies, biscotti, puff pastries, homemade pasta and quiche.

The process results in a layered, flaky texture, similar to a puff pastry. It is then filled with Chocolate, Apricot Pecan, Strawberry Cream Cheese, Ham & Cheese, etc.

The dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times in succession, then rolled into a sheet, in a technique called laminating. The process results in a layered, flaky texture, similar to a puff pastry. When in sheet form it is filled with a cinnamon & sugar mixture, rolled up again and baked in muffin pans.
