We specializes in croissant however, the menu is growing. A sample of our offering; croissant, cookies, borsellini, biscotti, cup cakes, puff pastries, cream puffs, homemade pasta and quiche. (Some of our items are seasonal or made at the discretion of our chefs.)
Croissant
We have Plain, Strawberry-Chocolate, Apricot-Pecan, Strawberry-Cream Cheese, English Toffee, Mocha-Cream Cheese and Ham-Cheese.
Plain
While these are called plain, they sure do have a lot of flavor thanks to all that butter.
Filled Croissant
While all of our filled croissants look relatively the same, their taste is not. We have Strawberry-Chocolate, Apricot-Pecan, Strawberry-Cream Cheese, English Toffee, and Mocha-Cream Cheese.
MIni-Cinnamon Rolls
A cinnamon roll is a sweet roll served commonly in Northern Europe and North America. Its main ingredients are flour, cinnamon, sugar, and butter, which provide a robust and sweet flavor. Ours are made from the same dough as the croissants.
Ham & Cheese Croissant
These croissants are filled with ham and cheese that give you a savor choice when sweet just isn't what you want. They're made from the same flaky dough as the others.
Cream Puffs

Profiterole or cream puff is a French dessert choux pastry ball filled with pastry cream.

Shortbread cookies with pastry cream.
Swans
Cream filled pasties are perfect for weddings, showers or just a little treat for yourself.
Eclairs
Cream filled pastries with or without chocolate glaze. We have a different flavor of Éclair every day. Key Lime, Maple Pecan, Strawberry, Pina Colada, etc
Tarts, cookies, muffins and cupcakes
Tarts are great by the slice or take home the whole pie.
Apricot or Strawberry Crostata (Tart)
A crostata is an Italian baked tart and a form of pie. The crust is shortbread pastry filled with apricot or strawberry preserves.
Lemon or Chocolate Peanut Butter Tart
These shortbread tarts are filled with tangy lemon custard or Peanut Butter with a chocolate glaze on top.

We keep you guessing from day to day what the favor will be. Lemonade Cupcakes and Pecan Muffins are some of the favorites.
Biscotti
Biscotti [bisˈkɔtti]; English: twice-cooked), known also as cantuccini, are Italian almond biscuits (cookies) that originated in the city of Prato. Our version is hand-poured, made with fresh cream, sugar and Whaley's pecans - twice-baked. Best when dipped in a drink.
Pralines
Pralines have a creamy consistency, similar to fudge. It is usually made by combining sugar (often brown), butter, and cream or buttermilk in a pot on medium-high heat, and stirring constantly, until most of the water has evaporated and it has reached a thick texture with a brown color. Then it is dropped by spoonfuls onto wax paper and left to cool

Meat Quiche
Quiche (/ˈkiːʃ/ KEESH) is a savoury, open-faced pastry crust with a filling of savoury custard with cheese, and chef's choice of meat and served hot. We sometimes use sausage, ground beef, etc.
Chichen Po-Boy
Cubed Chicken sautéed in Cajun seasoning and served on a homemade hogie bun.
Abbondanza
This is a layers sandwich which includes cream cheese, swiss cheese, turkey, ham, spinach, mushrooms, olives, mayo, mustard served on layered crepes
Tarragon-Chicken Salad Sandwich
Chicken salad is a salad that counts chicken as a main ingredient. We add lots of tarragon for an unexpected flavor. It's served on our fresh made croissant.
Waldorf Salad-Meal size
This is a meal size-For the Fall we are offering Waldorf Salad- Apples, Celery, Raisins and Mayo.
Waldorf Side Salad
For a side to Quiche -For the Fall we are offering Waldorf Salad-Apples, Celery, Raisins and Mayo.

Soup of the Day-Cup or Bowl
This menu item can change every day. Currently we have Roasted Tomato Basil. They are served with a slice of our fresh bread.
Sunday Brunch
Our Sunday Brunch has some of our normal fare with the addition of other dishes. We serve Shrimp N Grits, French Toast, Quiche of the Day, Quiche Lorraine and Ham N Cheese Croissants.
Crepe St. Jacques
Scallops and mushrooms in a sherry cream sauce.
Crawfish Etouffee
A sauce made from a light roux, seasoned, and simmered with the crawfish. Étouffée is typically served over rice with a creole flair. (Served seasonally)
Shrimp N Grits
Shrimp sauteed in our special sauce and served over a bed of Cheese Grits. (Served seasonally)
French Toast
Our French Toast is made from our fresh sour dough bread and topped with cinnamon, sugar, a dollop of whipping cream and honey. We can make it Pecan Crusted for an extra $1.00
Chicken Divan
Creamed chicken and broccoli wrapped in a warm crepe.

Apple Crepe Cake with Rum Sauce
Bread pudding style cake with stacks of crepes and fresh apples. Baked and topped with homemade rum sauce, whipped cream and a strawberry.

We have a variety of Juices, Coffee, Tea (hot and cold), Espresso, Cappuccino, etc. We can flavor any of our coffee drinks with Mocha, Caramel or Vanilla.

All of our coffee drinks are make from fresh ground coffee beans and/or espresso beans.
Cappuccino
We have our own cappuccino maker which steams the milk used in the cappuccino. We also grind our own coffee beans and espresso beans in house.
